Owners say The Atrium provides the optimal mix of privacy and community. Several committees organize highly popular events—for instance, social hours several times each year at which owners can chat, catch up with each other, and meet any new neighbors; movie nights at which popular films are shown in the Commons Room; and weekly yoga classes. Owners also gather at least four times yearly to hear updates from the elected Executive Board.
